We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all LifeVac products purchased directly from our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at support@lifevac.us with your order number.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Emergency Replacement Program
If you use your LifeVac device in a real choking emergency, contact us and we will replace your device free of charge as part of our lifetime replacement program. This does not affect your eligibility for a refund on unused products.
